1.Do I need a building permit for my garage project?
Yes, in some cases one from your Township or Municipality (where you pay your Real Estate taxes) and one from your Community Association for construction projects such as garages, decks or additions. We will assist you in obtaining your permits.

2. How long does it take to build a garage?
Four to six weeks from the time the garage is started, depending on the size and complexity of the job.

3. Do you finish the garage?
Yes, we can provide electrical wiring, garage door operators, insulation and drywall to complete the project.

4. Do you clear the land for the garage?
Yes, we do tree removal and address all driveway concerns.

5. Do you blacktop the driveway to the garage?
Garages by George does not currently have the equipment to blacktop your driveway, however we can recommend quality driveway contractors in your area.

6. Do you give free estimates?
Yes, I will come to your house, make some suggestions and give you a proposal and solid price on your garage before I leave.

7. Will you do other work on my house?
Yes, quite often we will re-roof or re-side the existing house to match the decor of the new garage. So don't hesitate to ask because doing everything at one time saves time and money.
